Foldable hangar door
Hangar space is a major issue on military ships as a stowed hangar door is space consuming
and usually not flexible in design. The hangar doors need to be designed to fulfill naval
standards to withstand low RCS, fire protection, “black ship”, harsh weather conditions (such
as green sea and icing) and the added high wind forces from helicopters.
We at TTS have found a solution for this with the new patent pending TTS foldable hangar
door. The design is adaptable, user friendly, reliable, has a robust construction and meets
demanding naval standards.
