I have been with MacGregor for just over two years, currently serving as a Design Team Manager, leading a talented team of 13 engineers with extensive expertise in the design and conversions of various RoRo and offshore technology products.
My background includes significant experience in offshore, decommissioning and after-sales projects as well as new build, where I held various roles that enriched my understanding of equipment design.
I thrive in challenging environments where my leadership and technical skills contribute to innovative and effective solutions. My team supports various MacGregor portfolio products with various engineering needs.
