It has been just over 13 years since I joined MacGregor on April 16, 2012 and it has been an incredibly rewarding journey as a Marine Equipment Engineer.
I've had the privilege of working in various departments, starting from hatch cover commissioning, moving on to steel structure quality control and now working in the RoRo department. No matter the position or location, I've always been given opportunities for growth, a stage to fully showcase my abilities and the trust of both my team and customers.
If someone asks me to use some keywords to describe the company's work culture and my experiences here, I'd choose "trust," "respect," "communication," and "teamwork." These values are not just words on paper; they are deeply ingrained in our daily operations and interactions.
I have full confidence that our company will achieve even greater success in the future. I look forward to contributing more and reaching new heights together.
