I’m Ivy Ng and I joined MacGregor in 2023 as a Sales Administrator in the Lashing running supply.
I’ve always enjoyed communicating with people and being part of a support system that makes a real difference. That passion for service and communication inspired me to explore new industries, which led me to join MacGregor in the marine sector—an exciting shift from my previous background in the medical field.
Although the healthcare and the marine industry are very different, both are fast-paced and demand strong coordination, attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure. The skills I developed in healthcare have transferred well into my role at MacGregor, where I now support clients and contribute to after-sales service. I'm excited to keep learning and delivering great support to our customers.
I am grateful for the opportunities given by MacGregor for believing in people and investing in their growth through training and development. Also thankful for the guidance and support from my boss John Tan and fellow colleagues.
