Hello! My name is Jenna and I work as a Marketing & Communications Specialist at MacGregor. My journey here started in 2024, when I joined the company first as a trainee and later got an opportunity to join the communications team as a full-time member.
From the beginning, even as a recent university graduate, I was trusted with ownership of my own projects. This really fast-forwarded my journey from a student to a specialist and helped to build a network of colleagues early on. At MacGregor, the global environment means we get to collaborate and build real connections with teammates all over the world, no matter where we are located.
Today, I mostly focus on internal communications and social media, but my table is also filled with various other projects, making every day different! The most fun part of my work is being creative. As the owner of our intranet, I love experimenting with different ways to share information and I get to learn something new everyday.
My career story is a great example of how a trainee position can grow into something very cool! My advice to you, dear reader? Trust the process and see where it takes you <3
