Jonas Gustavsson is CEO of MacGregor since 1 August 2025. He joined MacGregor in March 2025 as Deputy President. 

Before joining MacGregor, Jonas had some 30 years of experience from global industrial and engineering companies. From 2017 until early 2025, he was the CEO of the global engineering company, AFRY. Prior to that, he had various senior roles in Sandvik, whereof 7 years in the group executive management team where he was responsible for two of the divisions in the Sandvik group. Before joining Sandvik, he had various senior roles in Rotax, Bombardier and ABB. Jonas is a Swedish citizen, born in 1967, and holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Jonas also serves as the Board Member in Valmet Oyj and Fortum Oyj where he also is the Vice Chairmen, both internationally operating Finland based stock-listed companies. Jonas is also a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Science (IVA).

Magnus Sjöberg

Senior Vice President of the MacGregor Group since 2018 and Executive Vice President, Merchant Solutions Division since 2025.

Lucie Addicks

Executive Vice President, Offshore Solutions Division since 2025.

Before joining MacGregor, Head of Operations in Norwegian Hydrogen and, prior to this, Head of Portfolio Safeguarding and Optimisation and Lead, SCM Lundin Integration at Aker BP, and Vice President, global offshore EPC and LNG at NOV. 

Tomas Hakala

Executive Vice President, Global Services Division since 2025. 

Before joining MacGregor, Vice President, Services, Beneficiation and Dewatering Services at Metso Corporation from 2020 to 2025.

Joakim Andersson

Senior Vice President of the MacGregor Group since 2023 and Executive Vice President and the CFO of the MacGregor Group since 2025.

Before joining MacGregor, Senior Vice President, Finance Development at Cargotec Corporation and prior to that Senior Vice President, Hiab Cranes at Hiab AB.

Jane Chen

Vice President of the MacGregor Group since 2016 and Executive Vice President, Strategy and Business Development and Head of China since 2025.

Patrik Mattsson

Executive Vice President, Digital and IT since 2025.

Carita Himberg

Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of the MacGregor Group since 2026.

Before joining MacGregor, Chief People Officer at Metso Corporation from 2020 to 2025.

Other relevant assignments: a Board member and a member of the personnel committee at Koskisen Corporation, a Board member at Kalmar Corporation.

Hubertus Mühlhäuser has held several senior positions in globally operating industrial companies. Until 2020, he was CEO and Executive Director of CNH Industrial (NYSE:CNHI), one of the largest capital goods companies with its global brands Iveco (BIT:IVG), Magirus, Steyr, New Holland and Case. Prior to that, he served as President and CEO of Welbilt Inc. (NYSE:WBT), a leading foodservice equipment manufacturer, and earlier held senior leadership roles at AGCO Corporation (NYSE:AGCO). He currently serves as Chairman of FläktGroup, Kelvion Holding, Keenfinity Group and TAKKT AG (XETR:TTK), and is a member of the Board of Directors of Ballard Power Systems (NASDAQ:BLDP) and BlackBruin Oy.

Mika Vehviläinen has a wide experience from leading globally operating companies in various industries. He worked as the President and CEO of Cargotec in 2013–2022. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Finnair, the Finnish airline company, in 2010–2013 and held various leadership roles at Nokia Corporation in 1992–2009. Mika is the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Wärtsilä, a global leader in technologies and lifecycle solutions for the marine and energy markets and member of the Board in the engineering company Danfoss A/S.

Thomas Hofvenstam, fund managing partner, co-leads the Triton mid-market funds and is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees for all mid-market and smaller mid-cap funds.

Ilkka Tuominen, investment advisory professional at Triton, continues in the Board of Mohinder FinCo AB. Ilkka led the MacGregor transaction at Triton and has served in the Board of Mohinder FinCo AB since its inception.
